Terms of Use
The terms for usingthis website.
These terms cover this website only, not any security services agreement — those are set out separately in a client contract. By using this site you accept the terms below. Last updated 21 September 2026.
Website content
This website describes Caretaker Security Services Limited, our services, standards and how to reach us. We aim to keep it current, but it is provided for general information — it isn't a quotation, contract or binding offer. A specific engagement is only agreed once we've discussed your requirements directly and confirmed terms in writing.
Intellectual property
The Caretaker name, shield mark and wordmark, and the text, photography and design of this website, belong to Caretaker Security Services Limited unless otherwise credited. You're welcome to link to this site or share a page as-is; reproducing our logo, photography or written content elsewhere requires our written permission first.
Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to keep licensing details, service descriptions and contact information accurate and up to date. Details such as licence numbers and validity periods change on their own schedule (see our Compliance page for the current licence), and we correct this site as soon as we're aware of a discrepancy — if you spot one, please tell us.
External links
Where this site links to a page we don't control, we do so for convenience and aren't responsible for that page's content, availability or how it handles your information.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Ugandan law, Caretaker is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, beyond what a specific written service agreement between us separately provides for.
Acceptable use
Please don't use this website to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with its normal operation, or to misrepresent your affiliation with Caretaker. The enquiry form is for genuine security enquiries.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. We may update this page from time to time; the version published here is the current one. Questions? Write to ctaker10@gmail.com.
